Do I recommend staying in this hotel? 100% Yes - Location: The resort is 30/40 minutes from Danang airport by taxy, close to An Bang beach and few minutes walking distance form their own beach and Cua Dai beach. The old town of Hoi An is situated 12 minutes away by taxy from the hotel (you can get there by bike too). There are few restaurants, pharmacies and small stores in the area. - Room: The room with lake view was absolutely beautiful. The decoration, the comfort of the bed, the space you have for storage, the bathtub, your private terrace, everything was amazing. - Facilities/breakfast/hotel: The amenities of the hotel in general are superb. The spa, the gardens, the ponds with fishes, the pool, the restaurant, etc. were fabulous. (the resort was not busy so, we had the chance to enjoy the premises with liberty). The food from the restaurant is great. It is delicious, tasty, good portions, fresh ingredients and they serve western and local dishes for very reasonable prices. I highly recommend to have lunch there. The breakfast was my favorite part of my staying, they serve a vast variety of food for all tastes and dietary requirements. From fresh local fruit, to omelets prepared in that moment. The Vietnamese coffee they serve is out of this world. Honestly, one of the best breakfast services I have experience in my trips. - Staff: One of the best assets from this resort is the staff. They were extraordinary hosts. The receptionists, the guys who help you with your luggage, the staff from the restaurant and the breakfast, they all always tried their best to make our staying a pleasant experience. I loved this place and would stay there with no hesitation again.

This resort is set a short walking distance to the beach. The resort has a small private part reserved on that beach, but since the beach wasn't very busy, you can go anywhere and have a good time near the sea with a great view of the islands across. The resort itself is extensive but it doesn't feel too large; it is used by the Vietnamese as a getaway for the weekends, so these times are busy. The main pool is great for the kids and has a great looking fountain consisting of Koi carps. There are plenty of beds around that pool and you can have drinks there. The restaurant is good, so spending a whole day near the pool and having lunch nearby is an option. The rooms very comfortable with good beds and we liked the decoration. On the whole, the design of the place is amazing, with plenty of Koi carp ponds, wooden carving, well-maintained gardens and charming paths between the rooms. The staffs were amazing and it's really nice to talk to them (thank you Ann!). What has been the best for us was the pool area reserved for adults - it was tranquil, a nice pool, the gardens overlooked the river and they were busy restoring the restaurant there as well (Covid had closed that down). It's worth it staying there for a week or more if you're looking for a relaxing pool/beach holiday, but for food you have to either use their restaurant, or use a few local restaurants nearby - or go into town, of course (which you have to as Hoi An is an amazing, but touristy, town!)

Everything about the resort was exceptional. The room was spacious, well air-conditioned, and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The resort offers a very good breakfast from 06:30 am and has a good selection of foods including freshly made pho, omelettes and fresh fruits. The resort has a pool that is good for cooling off, and also a man-made lake where they offer boat rides (though I haven’t tried this). The on-site spa is also excellent and offers a gym, jacuzzi, sauna, and another pool. Massages are also available at an additional cost, at around £0.50 per minute, which in my opinion is totally worth it! The resort is at a good location sitting opposite a beach and around 15 min taxi ride (around £4 each way) from Hoi An city centre. If staying at this hotel I would allow for an additional day just to fully utilise the resort amenities. To top it all off the staff at the resort are also very good and helpful and has helped me with organising transport to and from the hotel. All in all I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Koi Resort & Spa.

Loved the resort, the staff from every area of the resort were always ready to help and nothing was a problem for them. The staff at reception would always greet you with a smile and would always help with organising tours/trips if we had trouble booking online . Continental breakfast was fresh and a great selection to choose from. The beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size, the pool is a descent size and is not tucked away like some places. The location of the resort is about a 7 minute cab ride for about $100.000 Dong or there is a shuttle cab to Hoi An and return at certain times of the day provided by the hotel, it,s close to the beach, restaurants and is in a peaceful area to relax after a hard day holidaying. With Vietnam just getting back on their feet after Covid and then the typhoon last year ,I found the staff loved to listen to the English language so they could improve theirs as three tough years has put them behind practising.

The rooms are very comfortable; the view from the balcony overlooking the lagoon was lovely and the bath was wonderful. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of both Vietnamese and Western dishes, though the dinner menu is pricier than other local places. The pool is clean and huge - though the massive sculpture in the middle would've been better as a slide or water feature. The beach is just across the street and the old town is a short taxi ride; a shuttle service is available. The staff are friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant - we would be happy to stay here again.
